بررسی میزان شیوع چاقی در مادران روستایی شهرستان گرگان در سال ۱۳۸۲

چکیده
امروزه چاقی یکی از مشکلات بهداشتی و تغذیه ای مردم دنیا است که بدلیل عوارض جبران ناپذیر آن به توجه بیشتری نیاز دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت چاقی در مادران روستایی شهرستان گرگان در پاییز سال 1382 به اجرا درآمده است. روش کار: مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی و نمونه گیری از نوع ترکیبی (خوشه ای-تصادفی ساده) می باشد. تعداد 2854 نفر از مادران کودکان زیر 5 سال روستاهای شهرستان گرگان از 20 روستا انتخاب شدند. یک گروه 20 نفره محلی پس از آموزش های لازم، داده ها را با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری و با ترازو وزن و نوارمتر قد، دور کمر و باسن را اندازه گیری کردند. زنان باردار از بررسی حذف شده و وضعیت اقتصادی براساس دارا بودن 10 قلم وسایل زندگی (ضعیف: کمتر از 3 قلم، متوسط: 6-4 قلم و خوب: 10-7 قلم) طبقه بندی شدند. در این مطالعه سه قومیت فارس (بومی)، ترکمن و سیستانی با یکدیگر مقایسه می شوند. میانگین سنی زنان 28.2 سال بوده و از نظر شاخص نمایه توده بدنی (29.9-25)، (39.9-30) و (40?) میزان افزایش وزن بترتیب 28.3%، 15.9% و 0.5% می باشد. شاخص (25
